traitor lyrics

traitor lyrics
Ooh-ooh-oohAh-ah-ah-ah-ah
Brown guilty eyes and little white liesYeah, I played dumb but I always knewThat you’d talk to her, maybe did even worseI kept quiet so I could keep you
And ain’t it funnyHow you ran to herThe second that we called it quits?
And ain’t it funnyHow you said you were friends? Now it sure as hell don’t look like it
You betrayed meAnd I know that you’ll never feel sorryFor the way I hurt, yeahYou’d talk to herWhen we were togetherLoved you at your worstBut that didn’t matter
It took you two weeksTo go off and date herGuess you didn’t cheatBut you’re still a traitor
Now you bring her aroundJust to shut me downShow her off like she’s a new trophy
And I know if you were trueThere’s no damn way that youCould fall in love with somebody that quickly
Ain’t it funnyAll the twisted gamesAll the questions you used to avoid?
Ain’t it funny?Remember I brought her upAnd you told me I was paranoid
You betrayed meAnd I know that you’ll never feel sorryFor the way I hurt, yeahYou’d talk to herWhen we were togetherLoved you at your worstBut that didn’t matter
It took you two weeksTo go off and date herGuess you didn’t cheatBut you’re still a traitor
God, I wish that you had thought this throughBefore I went and fell in love with you(Ah-ah-ah)When she’s sleeping in the bed we madeDon’t you dare forget about the way
You betrayed me‘Cause I know that you’ll never feel sorryFor the way I hurt, yeahYou’d talk to herWhen we were togetherYou gave me your wordBut that didn’t matter
It took you two weeksTo go off and date herGuess you didn’t cheatBut you’re stillYou’re still a traitor (ah-ah-ah)Yeah, you’re still a traitor
Ooh-ooh-oohGod, I wish that you had thought this throughBefore I went and fell in love with you
