Rapper Flo Rida announced his retirement Friday night during an emotional performance at the American Music Awards ceremony. After the tearful tribute, the rapper took off his microphone and walked offstage. He left behind a note thanking everyone for their support over the years. “Thank you for being there for me,” he wrote. “Your love meant everything to me.
