lovely lyrics

Billie Eilish
Thought I found a wayThought I found a way out (found)But you never go away (never go away)So I guess I gotta stay now
Oh, I hope some day I’ll make it out of hereEven if it takes all night or a hundred yearsNeed a place to hide, but I can’t find one nearWanna feel alive, outside I can’t fight my fear
Isn’t it lovely, all aloneHeart made of glass, my mind of stoneTear me to pieces, skin to boneHello, welcome home
Walkin’ out of townLookin’ for a better place (lookin’ for a better place)Something’s on my mind (mind)Always in my head space
But I know some day I’ll make it out of hereEven if it takes all night or a hundred yearsNeed a place to hide, but I can’t find one nearWanna feel alive, outside I can’t fight my fear
Isn’t it lovely, all aloneHeart made of glass, my mind of stoneTear me to pieces, skin to boneHello, welcome home
Whoa, yeahYeah, ahWhoa, whoaHello, welcome home

O’Connell began writing songs with his sister around 2011. At age thirteen, he wrote a song about his family called “Hannah Montana”. He later met Joseph at a party and the pair became friends. When O’Connell turned fifteen, he and Joseph began collaborating on music, eventually forming the group Twenty One Pilots. The name of the band came from a conversation they had about how many times they’d played the same show.

The album debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 chart, selling over 86,000 copies in its opening week. Its lead single, “Stressed Out,” peaked at number four on the US Hot Rock Songs chart, becoming the highest charting song by a female artist since Rihanna’s “Diamonds.”

Their sophomore record, Trench, was released in September 2015. The album debuted at number six on the Billboard 200, selling over 54,000 copies in its first week. The album’s lead single, “Levitate”, reached number five on the Hot Rock Songs chart. The duo embarked on their world tour, the Head Up High Tour, in support of the album.
