Meg Griffin
As the oldest child and sister of Chris and Stewie Griffin, Megatron Harvey Oswald Griffin attends James Woods Regional High School. She is aka Megatron “Meg” Harvey Oswald Griffin. According to Meg in “A Fistful of Meg,” her father changed her birth certificate to Megatron after her mother had already chosen her name. She is still commonly known as Megan by Mr. Berler in “Let’s Go to the Hop”, Stewie in “A Very Special Family Guy Freakin’ Christmas” and Quagmire in “No Giggity, No Doubt”. In “Meg’s Wedding”, Bruce gives her middle name as ‘Harvey Oswald’.
Biography
Meg Griffin was born on March 23rd, 1979, making her 15 years old. Her parents are named Bob and Lois, though neither of them ever appears in the show. She lives in Quahog, Rhode Island, where she attends high school. She has four siblings; three older brothers and one younger sister. After graduating high school, Meg works as a receptionist at a dentist office.
In the episode “Family Guy Viewer Mail Order Wedding,” Meg marries Stewie. They honeymoon in Las Vegas, Nevada.
When Meg becomes pregnant, she decides to keep the child. However, her husband is against the idea. He wants her to abort the fetus because he believes that babies come from sin. He even tries to force her into abortion by threatening to tell his family about the pregnancy unless she agrees to terminate the baby. At the end of the episode, Meg gives birth to a daughter whom she names Chris.
In the season 10 premiere, “The Simpsons Guy”, Homer Simpson claims that Meg is actually thirty-seven years old. This is revealed to be true when she goes to college in “College.”
In “The Old Man and the Lisa,” Meg is shown to be working as a waitress at a restaurant called “Moe’s Tavern.” There, she meets another woman and falls in love with her. Unfortunately, she finds out that her friend is married to the man who owns Moe’s Tavern. She breaks up with him and begins dating the other woman.
In “Halloween II”, Meg is shown to be having sex with a guy named Carl. Later, she tells him that she loves him.
In “I Take Thee, Christopher”, Meg is seen holding a newborn baby girl. She calls the baby Chris.
Hobbies and Talents
Lisa Simpson explains how Meg became interested in music. She was playing around with a toy saxophone at age one and wanted to learn how to play it properly. Her parents bought her a real saxophone, and she soon learned how to play it well enough to impress her classmates. At age three, Lisa taught herself to play the piano, and she later took lessons from a professional musician.
She explains that Meg plays the drums because she likes the sound of them, and she enjoys listening to jazz music. In addition, she loves watching movies and singing along to songs. As for bowling, she says that Meg really enjoyed being able to practice every day while her family watched TV together.

Meg Griffin is the youngest child of Griffins, a family of seven children, five boys and two girls. Her parents are Homer Simpson and Marge Simpson, and her siblings include Bart, Lisa, Maggie, Milhouse, Nelson and Ralph. She is shown to have a very close relationship with her older sister, Lisa, who often acts like a big sister towards her.

Meg Griffin is one of the most popular characters on the show, known for being very social, having many friends, and being able to make people laugh. This often leads to awkward situations for her, especially when it involves getting rejected by someone else who wants to hang out with her. In some cases, she even goes to extreme measures to get attention, such as inviting a gang of criminals into her home, asking a man to rape her, and trying to seduce her father.
In recent seasons, however, Meg has begun to exhibit signs of depression and isolation, due to her inability to fit in socially, and her lack of interest in boys. Her name is derived from the word megalomaniac, and she often acts like one. She is known for being extremely vain, egotistical, manipulative, greedy, selfish, arrogant, power hungry, and insecure.
In addition to her vanity, Meg is also obsessed with beauty. She spends much of her free time trying to improve her appearance, usually by wearing expensive clothes and makeup. This obsession leads to her becoming a target for men such as Neil Goldman, Quagmire, and Kevin Swanson.
Early in the show, Meg dates Ron Burgundy, although it is never confirmed whether or not they are actually married. After Ron leaves her for another woman, Meg forms a relationship with Brian, whom she marries in season 10. They divorce in season 11, but remarry in season 12. Meg Griffin is often shown as emotionally vulnerable and unstable, due to her desperate desire for affection and attention. She is frequently portrayed as being mentally ill, although she is never diagnosed by anyone except for her mother. Her most notable mental illness is borderline personality disorder, characterized by emotional instability and impulsiveness. This is why it is difficult to know what Meg really feels about things, since she does not always express her true feelings.
In “Untitled Griffin Family History,” Meg is charged for forcing her way into a group of would-becaptors and growing violently obsessed with Brian after kissing him at the Junior Prom. Afterward, Meg becomes increasingly aggressive towards everyone around her, including her family. She threatens to kill herself and says she wants “softer voices” in her head, implying that she might harm herself. Meg also cuts herself several times throughout the course of the show, usually after eating too much food.
In “Road to the Northpole”, Meg wishes for “softer voices” in her head because she thinks she’s heard a voice saying “You’re ugly.” She also claims to be allergic to peanuts, although no one believes her.
